How to get GPS software information for Costa Rica?

My wife and I are planning to visit Costa Rica 29. I have a PocketPC (Dell Axim 5) and Ostia GPS software. Where can I get Costa Rican map files for use on my PPC?

We&amp;amp;amp;#39;re touring the country with an interest in settling there. Can you recommend a general itinerary?

I am sorry there aren't any digital maps that people can use in a GPS device to travel/drive in CR. As far as I know, if you find one please let me know.

Mainly, the problem is that each device and/or software use their own format to represent data, and most of GPS vendors have to create the maps for their devices/software.
