GE Profile Refrigerator TFX28PB - "dE" light blinking. Not stopping. Any ideas?

I did run the check and everything else is normal. But for deep frost. What may be wrong?

    The bulb may be out of date, get it fixed from an expert. You may need to change the bulb.
