was recently in a nightclub when the contents of a drink was thrown in my direction (hand full of ice, no glass). gone too the toilet 2 clean up an this lad was there who had done this. i ask him way he had done this which i was met with a mouthful of abuse, he tried to get past but i held my ground. he was abusive again an tried to get past which i held my ground and resonably asked him why he had done this which then he threw a punch at me to which i moved out of way an hit him bk (self-defence right). he was also with a mate in there wasnt sure he was goin to hit me aswell. after hitting him bk he fell to the floor which then i left the club. month or so later my picture in paper as wanted....i go 2 police station and they arrest me section 18 then drop to sec 20, this lad had to have a metal plate fitted and plastic surgery. i have 2 witnesses in the tiolet 2 say the lad attacked me first, i have no serious previous just a couple of d&d's, its basically my word against his but because of his injuries im the 1 on trail doesnt seem fair to me!!!!! im due to giv a not guilty or guilty plea nxt wk......
