My freezer doesn't get cold enough, the refrigerator works fine, but the freezer doesn't get cold at all. It works for an hour, but doesn't sustain the coldness, therefore rendering it not able to store food. I vacuumed the condenser delicately to get all the dust and dirt out of it, but to no avail, What might the problem be? Thanks
