    You will be required to prepare and submit a Medical Information form (MEDIF) at Air India. You may download the form from Air India website. You will find the same under Health Requirements. Please contact the nearest Air India office with the form duly filled by your physician. The procedure for sanction from our Medical officer takes minimum 72 hours.
