I can't get a monitor menu, basically it tries to start but never gets there. Initially and for about a month it would start clicking and eventually start up after quite a while (10-15 minutes). At that point I just never shut down the computer/monitor, left it running all the time. After a power outage in my area I started the system and this time the monitor would just not start, clicking away, but never starting. Could this be a replaceable power supply or circuit card that I could replace? I have been an electronics Tech for over 35 years and a certified computer Tech for over 10 years. I don't have another $100-150 right now but I'm working around it with an old 19" CRT. I can "fix anything but the crack of dawn or a broken heart" but I've never delved inside LCD displays yet. Please point me in the right direction or give me the costly news?
