   Mr Jack Hanna Date of Visit: 30 October 2009 Director Emeritus of Columbus Zoo, Jack Hanna and his family visited Singapore Zoo and Night Safari on 30 October 2009 to film the outstanding family series, Jack Hanna’s Into the Wild. Jack has been exploring the corners of the globe to discover amazing animals and cultures. Their visit was definitely a thrilling experience as they went up close and personal with the parks’ wildlife, such as the orang utans, Asian elephants, sea lions and pangolins. It was also a learning journey for staff he met in the two parks as they shared views on wildlife conservation and breeding efforts.
