First, to all of you who are in support of Fadi Taakale, if you are so honest and sincere about what you are saying, why don't you give your real name, instead of adding comments under the name "Guest...."
I know for a fact, that Walid Jaludi is a very honest and hard working individual. He is not the type to ride on another person's coat'tails. He has always earned whatever he achieved, through devotion, and giving 110% of himself!
just for the record Walid Jaludi was not fired but it was a big misunderstanding, which is now solved and he has been offered a higher position but has decided to pass. it is not everyday you find someone who actually brings load of value and knowledge of doing the job of three people.
Fadi Takkale has been an asset to our organization and I personally learnt a lot from him. He has helped me in my career and I became a CFO because of his advise and support. We all know that it is this useless man named Walid Jaludi who is trying to destroy the good name of Fadi Takkale and Oracle just because Fadi fired Walid. My friend Walid, you are the one that needs to get a life and leave this good man alone. And as for Gus Takkale, I have attended a few of his seminars and read his book - he is an amazing individual and he has done nothing to you to deserve your cruel and undeserving comments.
Wow! Obviously you were either repremanded by Fadi or even fired! Fadi has been an inspiration to us all and has worked so hard with me and my team's development. I cannot say much for his brother Gus as I do not know him, but I know that Fadi is one of the best facilitators and HR Directors I have ever come across. I know for a fact that Fadi was not fired from Oracle and that he resigned to open his private business; I also know for a fact that he is still consulting to Oracle. If you speak to people around the office here in Cairo, you will know that Fadi's reputation is golden. Shame on you to say such things about an outstanding man!
I think this is a very sad sad way of one trying to promote himself and lie , Oracle employees all know you were fired 3 weeks ago , so how did you do an interview???, writing an article about yourself as if someone else wrote it??? you are pretty lonely, actually not that lonely, seems your brother did the same thing here GUS Takkale ..you guys could at least wrote for each other.LOL Seriously get a life, I have been with Oracle for 6yrs based in Cairo and was glad to know that you were fired recently, the only reason you got the position at Oracle as HR Director is because your brother is the HR Director for SAP, good riddens!!!
