    This may not be my area of "expertise" to answer.....I'll try my best...... Breast size, as far as I know, changes with your weight, age, menstrual cycle, pregnancy and when you're on birth control pills. These changes relate more to increases in sizes of b*****s, rather than the other way round, though that could happen too.... That said, there are 2 scenarios for large b*****s: 1. You're naturally blessed with large-sized b*****s, in which case, there's not much you can do about it..... Unless of course they cause you back pain and limit your physical activities, which warrant you to seek for a medical surgery to reduce their sizes. If that's the case, please consult a qualified surgeon to check out the right procedure for this. 2. Due to weight gain. It may so happen that main bulk of the weight gain goes to the breast area. For this, ah.....my "expertise" comes in handy.... Exercise and healthy eating will help you to lose weight (fat) in your body and reduce the fat in your b*****s, hence you experience a drop in cup size. Do cardio exercise (e.g. running, walking, biking, jogging....), the single most powerful way to speed up your metabolism, to hike up your metabolic rate so you've higher fat burning capacity to burn off excess fat from your entire body.....that means fat from your b*****s as well... One thing though, lose the weight gradually, say between 1-2 lbs per week to avoid sagging of skin and b*****s that's commonly associated with fast weight loss.
