    new printer just arrived, when i turn it on there is a loadish clicking sound then the error message, 'a scanner error has occured see documentation' The only option i have is to turn it off. What can I do?

    in device manager it appears offline. it will not print. all drivers checked and wifi light on. help

    CANNOT DOWN LOAD pics from my SD card as it is in 'DPOF' MODE. Object is to view all pics taken & then decide which ones to reproduce, should I be able to perform this task. Have Windows XP & Epsom SX515W. Beware-70 year old at limit of my knowledge.
