I am a 23yr old g*y male and had s*x with a casual buddy of mine. This was July 5, 2009. He p***s penetrated me for about 10 seconds without protection, then we used a condom. Now August 14, 2009 for about a week I've been super paranoid about HIV and about to get tested. Today I woke up with my tonsils slightly enlarged in the sense where I can feel them but not painful for me to swallow. Also the area behind your jaw line under my ears tingle and with enough pressure I do feel discomfort. Is it signs of HIV infection? I heard enlarged lymph nodes mean something.
I mean I don't have flu/cold like symptoms such as runny nose, coughing or very high fever. I had like a low grade fever of 100C 2 weeks ago if it means anything.
