Is the Herbicide, Endothall, that my apartment complex uses safe for my Medium size Pup? She refuses to urinate after they spray.

Endothall is basically white odorless crystals which is in solid form. In general Endothall is used for different types of crops and also used as a herbicide for both terrestrial and aquatic weeds.
There are some side effects of the drinking water containing Endothall and especially if you keep on drinking the same water for a long period of time then the problems like stomach and intestine might arise. The health safety programs are designed not to demonstrate and tell the people about the dangers and risks involved in it but they are designed to show about the possibilities and risks that are associated with it.
There are certain rules and regulations defined by the Congress in 1974 on the drinking safe water which state the amount and the extent of the danger posted by the contaminated water and the law requires to study and determine the level of EPA which determines the danger posted by the contaminated water. Here the question is that how can we stay away or avoid the danger of the water being contaminated by the Endothall. First source which can cause the drinking water to get contaminated from herbicide is to herbicide use. There is a certain law which also has been passed by the Emergency Planning and Community Right to know Act that requires facilities in certain industries which manufacture and process certain toxic chemicals which result in the harm of the water.
During the monitoring of the water the Endothall levels of MCL are also monitored and they are monitored by keeping in view of that the level should not exceed the proper level of MCL and if this happens then the water supplier must immediately be notified.
