Shut off. Cleared blockage in hose, changed c size bag, put in new hepa filter. Vacumn comes on for 5 seconds and shuts off with bag indicator light on. When we disconnect hose, cannister runs and sucks, but cuts off again when we connect hose to cannister. Advice?
