Lights were left on now the vehicle would not start. Before I arrived to try to jump the vehicle I was told the exterior lights were flashing on and off eradically when attepmts were made to start it. I arrived to try to jump start the vehicle and when I tried to start the car it seemed to go completely dead. Except when I had the honda hooked up to the second vehicle the day lamps and brake lights recieved power but there was no power to the rest of the car. I'm wondering if this is an issue with fuses or if there is a bigger problem.
