Effexor and Blood Pressure Medication-Novo-Hydrazide

I have been on effexor for 14 years and it has literally changed my life for the better. I am 54 year old female. My doctor has put me on bp medication novo hydrazide 25 mg. and I have been on it for about one and half months. I am starting to feel that perhaps the meds are reacting to one another. I am getting the same feelings of I had before I went on effexor and it is really scaring me. Has anyone had a similar experience or could it be homrones or just a flu?
