     Barry Manilow (born June 17, 1943) is an American singer–songwriter, musician, arranger, producer, conductor, and performer, best known for such recordings as "Could It Be Magic", "Mandy", "Can't Smile without You", and "Copacabana (At the Copa)."
    Barry was involved with writing and recording prior to his solo career. Barry Manilow's first live album was released in 1977, and it was appropriately called Barry Manilow Live.
    As for what is the earliest known concert recordings of Barry Manilow is, to my knowledge that would be from the early 1970's, but I think they have never been commercially released. Though, it is also popular that the earliest known live recording with Manilow on lead vocals on concert would have to be from the commercial jingles.
