Duration to receive money in Easy Paisa Money Transfer

I have sent money to my uncle in Gujrat through telenor easy paisa money transfer due to some problem he was not able to get it for more than a week, if he can collect money now.

    There is no time limit for claiming a Money Transfer. (As per Regulation all un-claimed amounts will be surrender to SBP after 10 years). However, it is recommended for customers to claim their money transfer transaction within 30 working days of transaction.
