Duo-Therm furnace model #86505

I have a Duo-therm furnace model #86505 and am having trouble finding the proper replacement nozzle. There is a label on the unit that specifies a part #H2988 and gives a flow rate of .60 GPH. The current nozzle is a Delavan that is labeled hollow and gives the numbers 6601 and 181. I am unsure of the angle of spray however and would appreciate any info. Thanks
