Dual thermistor circuit

Need circuit to conrol a relay for relay to come on when one thermistor is below 75 deg and for relay to turn off when second thermistor is above 80 deg.

    2 Comparators one for 75 and the other at 80 could be combined fairly easily to drive a relay. Be sure to add some level of hysteresis, or you will have major relay chatter. Also, you can either purchase very expensive matched thermistors, or you will need to calibrate the circuit. Much depends on how accurately you need to have the trip points.
