What kind of charges will I face for Drug Possession in car?

What consequence, if any, will the passenger face with the drugs being on the drivers person? Also, if the drugs were found somewhere in the vehicle? Is there a difference?

    Drug Possession charges vary according to the amount o having or possessed of controlled substance. A person with possessed drugs can be charged with different types of charges. So far many measures have been taken to prevent drug abuse, but not so many success has been made in this field. Drug possession offenders have to serve 85 percent of their sentence, whereas violent and dangerous criminals are required to serve half of their sentence.
