Should i drink lots of water when i have cold? i'm a water boy who drinks 10-15 500ml bottles of water everyday. I usually drink my water very cold even in winter. I don't remember when the last time I suffered from cold was but now that i am - should i continue to drink 10-15 bottles of cold water or should i stop until i get over my cold. I guess the main question is; is water harmful while suffering from flu?

Water is the best thing when you have a cold. Everyone says that you should drink lots of liquids when your sick. And what better liquid is there than water?
