Doesn’t Groundhog Day 2011 results in split decision?

The country's most famous groundhog Punxsutawney Phil predicted an early spring Wednesday, but Michigan's weather-predicting woodchuck disagreed….. Same is the case in some other states. Isn’t it weird?
