no custody was formed after split. boys live with father and i now.We have had them for three months. They are enrolled in school and doing better than they have while in her care. Mother now tries to say she will come get boys whenever she feels like it. Mother has never had the kids in stable enviroment. Always left boys with friends while she went out, or we had kids everyweekend, Finally she moved out of state. my husband did not want the boys out of state so she open enrolled the boys in school here with us. They have been with us for three months. She has three other children that she has moved around from city to city and from boyfriend to boyfriend. THe oldest child wants nothing to do with mother. We dont think its fair that just cause they didnt have an agreement when she left that she should have rights to come and pick them up and keep them whenever things arent going her way? What do we do?
