I have sent a gift through TCS Pakistan but not delievered to actual person in Pakistan. Can someone tell me does TCS Pakistan consider all shipment as a liability?

    Every International Shipment is transported on a limited liability basis as provided on the airway bill.TCS Pakistan liability is strictly limited to direct loss. TCS Pakistan maximum liability in the event of loss or damage to a shipment is US$100 or the value on the airway bill whichever is lesser
