   I'm Canadian and I know ppl who have seen Bieber in showers and other places they confirm he's completely circumcised and doesn't have ANY f******n. Also, Bieber's single mother wouldn't have needed to pay anything for it: he was born in Ontario, where hospitals had routine infant circumcision for newborns until delisting occured in April 1994 - which was actually one month AFTER Bieber's March 1994 birth! Prior to delisting, the newborn circ rate for all male births in Ontario was 56.2% - BUT, after delisting, the circumcision rate in Ontario actually went UP - to 59.8%!! It was just done elsewhere, such as by family doctors, private clinics, etc. Prices were around $150 Canadian, way lower than $200-$300. So much for some folks assuming that delisting for newborns would actually cause a reduction! There are social reasons why many Canadians continue with circumcision. So, heaps of Canadian guys are circumcised, including me and most of my friends!

   considering his age, and the fact he's from canada, he more then likely still has his f******n, yes. infact, canada stopped medical coverage of circumcision in 1987, so after that year parents had to pay roughly $200-$300 to get it done and it's been declining every year since. justin was born into poverty with his single mother so i doubt she was able to pay that kind of money to get it snipped.
