Do women have more ribs than men

Do women have more ribs than men. Here we go again comparing men with women but i'm sure if you had taken any biology class you would know an answer to this but just in case you slept through it, here it goes.

Men and women both have 12 pairs of ribs (24 ribs in total). They protect
the lungs and other internal organs. It is a myth that women have an extra
rib.
