I started my divorce proceedings in Jan 2008 after being seperated for two years because my husband had an affair and among many other domestic issues. My solicitor has sent papers to him and he wont sign just out of spite and to be awkward. Does anyone know how long it takes to be free of this marriage if he wont sign? Is there anyway around this?
