My son got a Disney mix stick and I have a couple of problems:
1) Most of my files are MP4s, can this device play these or do I need to convert the files to MP3s?
2) I have a hard time getting the device to sit flat on the USB ports for charging or even to have the computer recognize it is plugged in. Any recommendations with this?
3) I have uploaded the softward to upgrade to Windows media player 10 and according to the instructions it should just recognize the device once plugged in ( it doesn't) and I have tried plugging it into my MAC and it doesn't recognize it. Thoughts?
