Direct TYBCOM from Any University

Hi, i m aasim 21yrs old Done my HSC in Commerce (NIOS Board) in 2005. Didn't go for further studies.
I would like to complete my graduation now But not looking to waste more years doing FY &SY as i have done microsoft certifications (MCSE MCSA & MCTS) & those will expire in 3 years.

So can you name any universtities that provide direct TYBCOM facilities. & is it recognised by the government. As i heard that according to government rule direct ty is not vaild.
