    NoBody can actually tell if he did. show the evidence. An obituary. a newspaper article. or online article. ask him yourself. although he probably won't admit anything, or have anything to say. the lyrics could be about anything. personal troubles. relationships. friends. but they don't necessarily prove anything. songs are songs. they can be made up too. people could've confided in him on things and he wrote about it. But you need true hard evidence. you need to hear it from him or his family. but until that happens, you don't know. and you can't say whether or not it's true.

   He did.. If you really look at the lyrics you can see alot.. Example: "Scream - To be heard, like you needed any more attention; throw the bottle, break the door, and disappear." It could mean, that he was an attention hog; Yet he was just trying to get help in all the wrong ways. Also it could mean that he was a drunk."I could have learned so much from you but what's left now? Don't you realize you shot this family a world of pain? Can't you see there should have been a happy ending we let go?" Shows it's his older brother, and that he was going to get help for his drinking problum, "Sing me to sleep" Shows that his older brother used to look out for him; "Sing me to sleep (You've taken so much with you...) I'll see you in my dreams, (But left the worst with me...), waiting to say, "I miss you. I'm so sorry." Shows that his brother madea huge impact in his life, everything that he workd for that his brother helped him in probily went down the drain; Also shows after his brother died he was so full of anger and such that the worst of him came out, It also shows Alex feels like his brothers dead was his fault, maybe they had a fight before his death; No one knows for sure but everyone dose know Lullabies is about his older brother, no one knows his name or age, nothing, but, from the song it says alot.    Yes he did. No one knows for sure why. Isn't it so sad? ): i know my best friend commited suicide, she was like my sister..I can relate. I know how he feels, and if I ever get the chance to meet him, I just wanna give him a big hug, wearing my shirt covered in lyrics from Lullabies & We All Fall Down. I'd also put in some from Running From Lions, because my parents fight all the time too. Like his did. I love ya, Alex Gaskarth<3 whereever you are!

   you cannot judge someone for wanting to know more about it. im sure the person who asked is just curious. i mean hearing all this stuff about one of your favourite bands front man, like his brother committing suicide is sure to make you curious. especially if you look up to or idolize alex gaskarth

   This is a very personal topic for Alex and his family. I'm sure the band knows about it since they have been his friends since they were young. It's really rude to go on and ask strangers about it though. If you really like Alex Gaskarth, you wouldn't go out and try to get information on private things he didn't want to talk about in the first place.

   Yes, Alex Gaskarths brother commit Suicide in 2004. Theres not much I can tell you because no one knows a lot Lullabies is about it. Hope this helps
