Is that right news and authentic rumor that Michael Jackson sell Neverland. If it is true why it happens, is there anyone who can tell me please?

Troubled vocalist MICHAEL JACKSON has traded his Neverland Ranch for $37 million (GBP19.5 million) to yield off his ever-increasing lawful charges composes British bulletin NEWS OF THE WORLD.
The THRILLER celebrity will allegedly hand over the keys to the 2,700 acre land parcel to an anonymous purchaser on 13 July (05), the designated day he foresees his progeny molestation test will end.
Jackson, who initially paid $3.7 million (GBP1.95 million) for the rambling ranch out-of-doors Santa Barbara, California in 1988, is actually on test suspect of mishandling GAVIN ARVIZO there.
An insider notifies the publication, "Michael has habitually said that after the sheriffs raided his bedroom he sensed his individual space had been invaded and stained, and that he would not ever come back there."
Jackson, 46, is suspect of molesting 13-year-old Arvizo in 2003, plying him with wine and conspiring to contain the boy's family captive. The celebrity refutes all the charges.
Michael owns half of this business with Tom Barrack. The head of Colony Investments (which furthermore owns a couple of Los Vegas hotels). The two of them are accepted to have based the genuine land parcel business just this past July.

He never sold it. It's not sure who owns it but I think Michael Jackson still has rights over it. Although it is quite unknown what the status of Neverland is at the moment nobody lives there and it is pretty much cleared out due to the auction. It's a shame really considering it was such a beautiful place.
