Delphi Skyfi2

Delphi Skyfi2 working on ch. 0,1 and 247 but nothing else. Have 3 other units that work fine. Have refreshed unit at least 6 times, between myself and XM. Bill is paid so thats not a problem. XM tells me its a bad unit but cannot make understand what the 3 test ch. work and nothing else does.
