Delphi SKyFi2 goes to white screen when turned on, then shuts off. what to do?

i have an ac to dc adapter and i plugged my delphi xm skyfi2 car charger into that into an outlet and tried to turn it on but it just goes to a white screen then turns off. i tried leaving it "charging" overnight, but nothing in the morning!

    I think it is the problem of your charger, if it is not working properly after recharge than their would be something wrong in it so visit company's service center for assistance they will guide you better what to do and how can you resolve this problem.
