Delonghi D895UX roto electric deep fryer. First time trying, and used an onion batter recipe. Onion rings were over done in some areas and under done in others. Can't get the basket clean as so much was stuck to it. The experience was frustrating, since the reviews for the rotating feature were so good. What should I do to obtain golden brown rings and a clean basket?
