Daylight Saving in Pakistan 2009

Pakistan will start Daylight saving time from April 15. Will Pakistan be able address Energy Crisis by doing this? What are the other initiative taken by Pakistan Government to save energy?

    good step indeed. it helps adeel come to office at 10am instead of 9am.

    We should appreciate this step. If all this will not help much then what can Pakistan Government do to solve this problem immediately? Dams are the solutions but it will take much time.

    the other initiatives are not using AC's before 12pm in government offices and closing down of street lights and markets after 9pm,,i dont think its helping much..
