DVD stuck in TV/DVD combo player. How can I fix it?

I just bought a used Toshiba TV/DVD combo. The only problem with it is there is a dvd stuck in the player. The original owner couldnt get it out, and I can&#39;t figure how to get it out either. There is no response from the eject button. Any ideas?

I TRID TO SET UP A DIFFERENT DVD BUT WON'T WORK...TV AND REMOTE ALL WORK JUST FINE.

Unplug the tv/dvd combo and plug it back in, it might eject the disk.
If not then clean it. There might be dust or other particle which can stop it to open.

I'm not sure if it will work or not, but it does work for some other cd related players..

Make sure the unit is unplugged. Open it up, take the cover off (Please be careful!). Then you will have better access to the DVD drive and should be able to remove the DVD.
