   Oh yea also re: my last post, I was just diagnosed with polycystic ovarian syndrome about a month ago and a a huge symptom of pcos is missed periods. I am thinking maybe that has something to do with it? Not sure, b/c I was on b.c. for so long that I never knew if my periods were regular or not

   i was on b.c. for several years and decided to switch to the depo shot. I only had one shot because the side effects were terrible! Headaches, bleeding for 2-3 weeks just wasn't worth it. So when my next shot was due I went back on the pill and had a normal period for that month. I finished that pack off pills and decided I was done with birth control. My last period was at the end of July and I haven't had one since. I have taken my home p.t and they all read negative. Plus I never have unprotected s*x. Is this normal to go this long without a period?
