   Custody agreement is an agreement which is by law an agreement that proves and supports that a child has been transferred or it is handed over to their legal parents. It involves the documentation in there is history mentioned about the parents of the child and also there is evidence that the child belongs to that specific person. It also involves the safety and decides about the future of the child which states that the children has following places to live, what are his rights, and what appeals he can make in order to protect himself in case of security.
   There are different types of custodies, one of which is joint physical custody. This custody states that father no longer has the complete right or he is not totally responsible for handling the child. In such cases the mom also retains the sole custody. There are many advantages of joint custody which states that Living in both Households provides a very good environment for children to grow and he can live with his parents but the problem here is that only about 1 in 10 children are able to see their parents. Children enjoy the unique gift of guidance, discipline, and also the love of each parent. There are separate roles of mothers and fathers which are needed for the growth of children.
   There are some ways and methods that can be adopted to make joint custody successful. First parents should consider the level revolving round the joint custody in order to develop the right motivation which is needed to support and solve financial issues of the family.
