I would like to know how can my friend go about getting custody of her 8 yr old daughter. My friend was about 15 yrs old when she gave birth to her daughter. Her aunt took the little girl away from my friend about 2 weeks after she was born and refused to give any visitation rights to her and she has not been able to contact her since. She has been trying to get hold her but has not managed to find her until about 1 - 2 months ago but they will not take her calls. Please can you help.
