On my crape myrtle, there are what looks like tiny webs. I cannot find any insect to go with the web and it appears as though the crape myrtle is not doing as well as it did last year. It seems to have stopped "growing" and has not bloomed yet. The leaves are really dark green and it looks like something is eating them. I need help. Thanks.
