It continually trips the circuit breaker when trying to start. The motor is rated 15 amps. The circuit is 20 amp 120volts no other loads. No extension cord is being used. There is no load on the compressor (no air in tank) when trying to start and the motor is free (rotates by hand). Replaced the motor start capacitor which did not help. The air safety valve is working ok manually. Any suggestions as to the problem?
