Hi, They are wonderful in their style, though not much venue for them except in music classes and recitals, but wonderful literature and good for the voice, and people listening would take you seriously about your craft. On the Heavier vein, I have listened to the songs by, Chaliapin, Prince Igor (music) Jerome Hines, but in the popular vein, I love Ed Ames (wonderful voice) even Frank Sinatra has a wonderfully low range in many of his songs, Elvis also sings low, the bass singers in Gospel Music Quartets often put out their own cd's and have just them featured on their album, singing, THIS OLD HOUSE, (FOR example) I love to sing, Wagon Wheels, Tumblin' Tumbleweeds, Rawhide, Wondering Star (Paint Your Wagon)Sixteen Tons (Ernie Ford) Calif. Here I Come, and love the song, Ghost Riders in the Sky, (sang that one in Nordstroms dept. store with the in-house pianists -during his piano break) , and I love ''Old Man River'' and They Call The Wind Maria, (some examples of my favorite male bass songs)
