    Hi, Dear Sir, The FIDIC Contracts are re-measurement contracts. Therefore the Final Contract Price can vary even with more than 15%. The Contractor may claim a new rate for the items which are not in the range stated in the quantities of the Original Bill of Quantities (15% in our case). I hope I have answered your question,
