   The TM technique relates to the word mantra to word and it tells us about the mental repetition of such words. There are only some specific words which can be used in the for explaining and describing the TM outflow. There is a lot to be shown or explained about this technique but the actual secret process sheds light on the set of words. The TM teacher provides training about the words related to age and s*x and it depends upon the module which you are using.
   The TM Sidhi program is designed in a way to repeat the words or phrases at a certain amount of time. These words and phrases are also known as sutras. Under this structure in a twenty minute session the sutras are repeated after every fifteen seconds. There is a 15 second pause between each repetition and each sutra is repeated twice.
   The checking and initiation procedures are followed and they are the special characteristics of TM. There is also a meditation which is being practiced by the eastern and their tradition states that opening and closing the eyes induction is required for the trance to begin and happen. Vedic literature also has significance in these procedures and some TM believe that these procedures are derived from this Vedic literature. The checking procedures include and use a trance induction method which is also derived from the western influential hypnotism.
   Since these checking procedures are in the post trance states so these are repeated thousands of time during meditator’s career. These procedures become very powerful in the post trance state.
