I hope someone can suggest what I am doing wrong. I have levelled the mount perfectly and pointed it to within a degree of north. I have set the latitude for 52 degrees as I am close to London. I then start the set up process and chose Planetary as it seems easier to do this with Jupiter. I comand the scope to go to Jupiter and it tends to stop about 2 fists width to the north of where Jupiter is. I move the scope manually so that Jupiter sits in the centre of the scope and then press Align. Jupiter happily disappears off out of sight to the top of the view. Does anything leap out apart from my obvious newness to this? Alan
