I was a couple months late on my auto loan. Repo man was sent out to retrieve my car. In between the repo man finding my car and towing it away I had sent a Western Union payment to cover the late payments (totalling $1007). Repo man still took the car away. Can I still retrieve my car pay even after I've caught up on all my payments or does the bank have the right to keep the car?
