Canon MP560 Printer, Changed Router from G to N Linksys, now does not work

Recently changed Linksys router from G model to E1000 N router. Now the wireless printer will not print, scan off PC. Printer blue lights say WiFi connected, but does not seem to be connected. Directions in Canon MP560 printer says use USB to reconnect to wireless, but their is no USB slot on the printer... Please help

    You must visit canon service center near you so that you would be able to resolve this problem in a proper way.
