Cannot hearing any voice from me

I've take the cellphone (SGH T639) from US. When I call to anhother or anyone call to me, I just hear the voice but the those people cannot hear me, please help me. thanks

    Hi, I guess there should be some problem with your cell phone check your cell phone voice part clean it and if problem continue check your cell by some mobile expert. Thanks

    Hello, I guess there is some problem with yours cell phone mic. You must claim your warranty if you have warranty card. Or take your mobile to your nearest mobile repairing shop. hope it helps
