My husband and I let the pressure of a salesman get the best of us and gave in to purchasing a timeshare. This just took place 2 days ago, we gave a check for the total of $1333, which included down-payment, closing costs and membership fee. We obviously are having buyers remorse and want to cancel. I will check the package when I get home to see what their cancellation policy is. But my question is, if we cancel within the time allotted, are they required by law to return all money that we have given them?
