   i guess if its really hot the sun can make you sweat which will lead to break outs, otherwise the sun usually does the opposite and dries your skin out causing it to clear up.

   Its not likely. One of the only reasons i can think of that going into the sun makes your friend break out is if she gets too hot and sweats which will cause her skin to produce excess sebum. (oil)

   yes it can. you should always put sunblock on your face when exposed to the sun for long amounts of time, even if it seems oily and gross.
